Presentations on the Go

Anyone who visits New Orleans will certainly partake in the city's food and drinks, enjoying a rich culinary tradition three hundred years in the making. But to hear the story of the development of that tradition, while tasting those dishes and beverages, is what it means to experience the real New Orleans.

All presentations are also available as in-home cooking classes. The components of each demonstration may be presented separately or together. Pricing will vary.

Sazerac on the Go

A shorter, more informal version of History in a Glass, Elizabeth offers Sazerac samples and the story of the drink as an add-on to a cocktail or dinner party. 

The presentation can also be given on a bus while guests are en route from one venue to another. Presentation can vary but is usually about 10 – 15 minutes.

Cafe Brulot on the Go

Similar to Sazerac on the Go, Elizabeth tells the history of coffee drinking in New Orleans while presenting the stunning Café Brulôt.

Guests are given samples of the drink. A great add-on in lieu of a regular coffee station. Presentation can vary but is usually about 10 – 15 minutes.
